Derbyshire, Romney and null sets

Snobbish poseur Derbyshire confused the concept null set with the empty set. Romney got it right. Message to Derbyshire: the empty set is a null set.

And the story further suggests to us that Derbyshire is the sort of fellow that imagines that Bertrand Russell was a mathematician.
