Part 2: Sweden Democrats and Hollywood Nazis

Worries and warnings have been raised that we had invited crypto-Nazis to the Counterjihad summit in Brussels. One of the prime examples mentioned of such an alleged crypto-Nazi is Ted Ekeroth of the Sweden Democrats. This claim is completely ridiculous. Ted Ekeroth is a Jew and Sweden's most high profile pro-Zionist. For this he was awarded with the prestigious Herzl Award last year.

But the Sweden Democrats, were they not crypto-Nazis in the past? Isn't this enough reason to never associate with them? Before I go into that, let's just clarify that it was not the Sweden Democrats as a party, but Ted Ekeroth as an individual, that was invited to the conference. Furthermore, Ted Ekeroth is not one of the leaders of the Sweden Democrats, as has been claimed. He is simply treasurer of the local branch of the party in the town of Lund. So regardless of the historical baggage of the party the Sweden Democrats, the discussion about the presence of or connection to crypto-Nazis of the Brussels Counterjihad conference can end already there.

But the issue is bigger than this of course. It's about the future of Sweden and Europe, and whether we should cooperate with the Sweden Democrats at the top level in the future. So what about the past of the Sweden Democrats? Of course, about the present there is no doubt. The Sweden Democrats is the most philo-Semitic party in Sweden, and the only one that takes a clear pro-Zionist and pro-American stand regarding the Israel/Palestine issue (Sweden is otherwise generally a hellhole regarding this issue.) As Pamela at Atlasshrugs put it so well:

I will make the case for the Europeans desperate to save their country(s). I did research (and continue to) and see the ghosts but VB [Vlaams Belang] or more particularly the Swedish Democrats have done nothing in recent years that I need to worry about. The Swedish Democrats have had their purge a few years ago and are now clean. I see a pattern of such transformations in several European countries. If they want to become respectable, pro-Israel, I am thrilled to be part of the process.

- - - - - - - - - -
But then again, what about the past of the Sweden Democrats? Charles Johnson at LGF has raised strong concerns about that, and he exemplify it with the following photo from the Swedish site expo.se:

With the following caption:
"Tina Hallgren Bengtsson, member of city council for the Sweden Democrats in the town of Höör, in full Nazi regalia. During this time it was still common for people to attend in uniform during Sweden Democrat meetings. New party leader Mikael Jansson grew tired and banned the use of uniforms. The following message could be read in the Sweden Democrats internal news bulletin: ‘The Sweden Democrats have gotten a bad reputation on account of certain ‘Hollywood nazis’ and other people in uniform-like apparel joining the Engelbrekt march. [...] People of such weak conviction that they feel the need to dress in this manner and thus ridiculing the party are asked to stay at home.’ Out of caution, this message was repeated in the internal bulletin for several years." (I made some corrections to Truumax' translation at LGF)

We get the image of a party that a decade ago was a hardcore Nazi party having meetings with Nazi flags and where the speakers of the meetings came in Nazi uniforms. This is such a strong image, and such an appalling one, that we back off in fear. And by now you will already have forgotten everything that I wrote above. You have the image of the Sweden Democrats once being a hardcore Nazi party, and that they therefore never should be trusted. Consequently, Ted Ekeroth is therefore either a fool or a devious devil, and the Counterjihad summit has been tainted by these Nazi connections.

Case closed. That's it, isn't it? Let's announce our verdict and the jury can go home. But as in the movie 12 Angry Men I think a jury should keep their heads cool, and do there job before leaving so hastily. Let me be Henry Fonda for you here.

Let me first say that I have never seen this picture before. It's never been published in Swedish mainstream media, and the MSM here publish everything there is that can be compromising for the Sweden Democrats, and then some more (even if it requires dishonest shoehorning). Already the fact that it hasn't been in MSM suggests to me that the image painted probably cannot be properly backed up. Furthermore, the organization Expo is well know for its connection to violent leftist "activists" (and state funded of course), and has often presented tendentious writings. So to start with, let's not take this claim at face value.

Five years ago when I started taking an interest in the party the Sweden Democrats -- because I saw that it had the potential of changing from being just a fringe group to becoming a significant political force in Sweden -- I followed up many claims like the one above, and investigated them. Often I found that the claims were spurious, but also that Swedish people didn't care when facts were presented "'cause they are Nazis anyway!". And then my search for facts was turned against me. What was my motive for "defending" these "Nazis"? I must be a Nazi myself; there's no other explanation, right? Therefore they are right (by default) at a "higher level", and I'm always wrong, no matter what facts I presented. Tendentious and spurious claims are fairly easy to put together, but rather tedious to debunk. So I gave up on this, since people didn't listen anyway. The fear of ghosts was so strong in them, that they simply couldn't take a disinterested view on the issues.

OK, so let's start my job as Henry Fonda here. I google "Tina Hallgren Bengtsson" and find this Wikipedia page in Swedish. It tells us that she left the Sweden Democrats (SD) in 1996 and joined Nationalsocialistisk Front (NSF), the Nazi Party. The picture above is from 1996, so this suggests to me that the picture has been taken during one of the Nazi rallies of NSF. This is the typical modus operandi of Expo, to paint the tendentious image that the photo is from an SD meeting. I can assure you that if this were a valid claim--that SD indeed have had meetings where people attended in Nazi uniforms--it would have been all over the Swedish MSM. But it's not. This kind of photo+caption of Expo instead serves another purpose: as the pretext for leftist stormtroopers (Antifa) before harassing SD individuals by swinging an axe into their door, or rocks through their windows. Or when they violently sabotage public meetings of SD. And to these leftist stormtroopers it doesn't matter that SD is Sweden's most pro-Israel party, to these leftists the Israelis are Nazis too.

But hey wait? If there were no Nazi uniforms at the meetings of SD, how come the party had to ban them in 1996? Ha ha, gotcha! There's even the quote to prove this, right?

Well, read again and pay attention. The quote is correct, and hard fact. But the ban of uniforms referred to the Engelbrekt march. Not to SD meetings. Expo spuriously link this quote to the picture by wedging in the sentence:
During this time it was still common for people to attend in uniform during Sweden Democrat meetings.
But this is simply not true.

So what is this Engelbrekt march anyway? It's been a manifestation of nationalist parties of Sweden since the beginning of the '90s. As far as I know it was not instituted by SD, but they saw it as an important manifestation for them in the beginning of the '90s, since this was their only opportunity, apart from the National Day, when they could demonstrate centrally in Stockholm. The problem was that back then--with nationalism being so throughly suppressed--that if you organized a nationalist demonstration, ordinary people feared to come (or were not even interested in the issue back then). Manifestations in the streets attracted mainly those who had nothing to lose anyway: outcasts, losers, people in Nazi uniforms. SD saw the hopelessness of trying to achieve proper manifestations in the streets, and abandoned the Engelbrekt march altogether by the end of the '90s. The quote by Mikael Jansson above was a step in this process. He saw the problem of people joining the march in Nazi uniforms and wanted to do something about it. But in the end, the only way through was to leave the march altogether. Today the Engelbrekt march is upheld by the National Democrats (the bad eggs who left SD in 2001).

OK. So I think it's clear to you by now that the dark past of SD is no way near as bad as suggested by the link to Expo that LGF posted. But as a decent citizen you will still ask: Isn't it bad enough? Yes, the history of SD is still checkered. There's no doubt that there have been crypto-Nazis in the party. We have seen too many examples of people coming or going from Nazi organizations to the party in the '90s. The Sweden Democrats did not hold a clear distance enough to Nazis and crypto-Nazis back in the '90s. It was simply not a serious party back then, in the beginning.

So then why at all gather around this party for counter-jihadism and cultural defense? Isn't that just stupid? A way to make things far more complicated than they had to be? Well, in a normal world I would wholeheartedly agree. But because of the constitution and the immensely oppressive power structures of PC in Sweden, staring a new party was simply not a possibility. It's been tried and devastatingly killed. The only option was to take over the Sweden Democrats as it was, and then transform it and clean it up. And this process is now fully completed. It's far from perfect, but this is it. Support it or oppose it, there is no other party in Sweden if you want to oppose Islamization and national suicide. Staying idle means letting the Islamo-leftists win, and the end of Sweden as we know it.

In my next post, I will describe more in detail the political theater in Sweden and a short history of the most important anti-establishment parties of Sweden (and the failed attempts), to explain beyond doubt to you, why taking over the Sweden Democrats and clean it up was the only way through.

Part 1: Counterjihadism changing the European political map

Charles at LGF is continuing to study supposed culprits under microscope, but let's keep our view at the bigger picture. Let's keep our heads cool and look at what's important before going into details. This is the first in a series of posts I will make, looking at things through the perspective of the whole Counterjihad summit, LGF, Vlaams Belang, Sverigedemokraterna thing:

Six years ago I didn't see much hope in forging a European counterjihad alliance. The political map of anti-establishment parties, or at least the image of it, was dominated by people such as Jörg Haider and Le Pen. European nationalism had been oppressed and abused for so long, that the early expressions of its resurge involved cartoonish concepts of nationalism as well as anti-Semitism. So we are not surprised really that quite some of these people turned out to be pro-Muslim too. Le Pen who recently called the immigrant North African youths "branches of the French tree", who sided with the Muslims in the Muhammad Cartoon affair, and is standing up for Iran's "right" to build a nuke. And Jörg Haider who, quite as David Duke(*), was fond of paying friendly visits to Middle Eastern dictator thugs, in Haider's case Saddam Hussein.

It's clear that leaders such as Le Pen and Jörg Haider are useless in opposing the threat from Islam. But the whole political map of Europe in this field has dramatically changed, and Le Pen and Haider are not significant any longer. Since November 2001 a government backed by the Danish People's Party is ruling in Denmark. With the 9/11 attacks and the far-going Islamization of Europe as background, European nationalism is no longer a fringe issue. Now there is real substance to it, and a real critical mass of popular support has emerged, and the good example of the Danish People's Party has shown the way.
- - - - - - - - - -
In this process we see new parties emerging, the original nationalist parties transforming, and old traditional parties joining. In the last decade we've seen the creation of the UK Independence Party, Philippe de Villiers' Mouvement pour la France, and the Danish People's Party, to name a few. Nationalist parties, such as the Sweden Democrats, have been transformed (more about that later). Traditional parties such as the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) have joined. Also Partido Popular in Spain takes a strong anti-Jihad position with their Foreign Affairs Spokesman Gustavo de Arístegui. There are many more examples. Many reasons for hope.

Everything is decisively moving in the right direction. Focus is put in stopping the Islamization of Europe. Anti-Semitism and racism is thrown out, or being replaced by new parties. It will appear strange that anti-Semitism and Counterjihadism have ever co-existed in the same parties, but the answer is found in the virtually totalitarian power of political correctness (and don't forget here its immense mental power!), and how all defense of nationalism and our cultural substance is equally bullied, no matter if it's done for good or for bad reasons. This has for long confused the issue, superficially anti-Semites/racists and counterjihadists will look the same in the light of the prevailing political theater, they will be equally bullied, and furthermore they will take similar positions regarding halting the mass immigration into Europe. In some cases, in some countries, depending on the constitution and political climate, the counterjihadists had no other option than to hijack a party with anti-Semites/racists and then kick them out.

But since 9/11, counterjihadism is creating a magnetic field over the whole political map of European counter-establishment, is going towards a molecular alignment as in a magnetic metal. But we cannot wait for this process to converge into perfection, before starting to act. One or two years ahead it can already be too late. We have to work with what we've got, and as Dymphna said at Gates of Vienna:

There will be some less-than-ideal people piggy-backing on this movement to save the various European states and cultures.

So what? Perfection is the enemy of good enough. If we have to wait until everything is "pure" then Europe will fall.

The multi-cultis will call us racist xenophobes anyway.

And should we encounter one of those less-than-ideal among our ranks, the right approach is to have a dialog with them, We are the many, and they are the few, so there's nothing to fear from such a dialog. And the really bad eggs won't show up at all. The bad eggs do not want to come to such an explicitly philo-Semitic conference as the Counterjihad summit we had in Brussels. They don't want to come to the conference featuring the strongly Zionist Aryeh Eldad, they want to go to Ahmadinejad's Holocaust Denial conference. These two groups are mutually exclusive. The magnetic metal is aligning itself. The neo-Nazis do not want to touch us with a ten-foot pole. So this is completely a non-issue. Our very positions protect us from their presence. But surely there will be less-than-ideal people to be found while the movement is growing. Most people still only have an intuitive idea of that something is wrong, and carry many confused concepts within (due to the smokes and mirrors of the political theater). They will need to be educated. Dialog is a good idea, ostracism a bad one.

(*) Update: Maybe I'm unfair to Jörg Haider comparing him to David Duke above. I could just as well have compared him to Nancy Pelosi, visiting Syria in support of the same dictatorial thug, Bashar al-Assad, as David Duke. Where Nancy Pelosi caused much more damage with her visit than David Duke did. And unlike Duke she actually met with Bashar al-Assad. Yes, Nancy Pelosi would perhaps have been a better comparison. Nevertheless, they are all equally useless in opposing the threat from Islam: Jörg Haider, David Duke and Nancy Pelosi. Read further...

LGF and Vlaams Belang

We had a Counterjihad conference in Brussels, and with reference to this Charles of LGF felt prompted to warn against neo-Nazism. And this was the only thing he felt the urge to post about it. It's very sad to see that Charles' post had no different message about the conference than that of CAIR. Charles could of course still differentiate himself from CAIR by posting something positive about this conference -- this ground-breaking event where history was written. But instead of that, when being criticized by Pamela at Atlasshrugs, for what was effectively a decisive blow against the conference, he decided to not pay attention to the criticism but instead opted for accusing Pamela of "attacking friends", and suggested that she should "take a step back and turn down the rhetoric".

The rhetoric that needs to be turned down is the one used by Charles about Vlaams Belang. As long as he is echoing these lies, he deserves to be strongly criticized, whether he can take it or not. Paul Belien completely debunks the turned-up rhetoric that Charles helps swirling around in the echo-chamber:
- - - - - - - - - -

It is simply not true that "Vlaams Belang's founders were Nazi collaborators in WW II."

Vlaams Belang founder Filip Dewinter was born in 1962 in a family that cannot be accused of Nazi sympathies. His father and uncle were members of the anti-German Resistance. Vlaams Belang was founded in 2004, sixty years after the end of WW II.

The Vlaams Blok, predecessor to the Vlaams Belang, was founded in 1977 by Karel Dillen (1925-2007). Mr Dillen came from a non-political background. His father, an Antwerp labourer, abandoned his wife and their two sons when when Dillen was still a baby. He was raised by his mother. Neither he, nor his brother nor his mother were involved in any political activities at all during the war, let alone that they belonged to pro-Nazi and collaborationist groups.

These propaganda lies have their source in the Belgian regime, which has always blamed the Flemish Nationalists for having been pro-Nazi, while it was the Belgian authorities themselves that were collaborating with the Nazis before and during WWII (read about it in Paul Belien's A Throne in Brussels).

Since the 9/11 demo in Brussels and since the Counterjihad conference last week, it's utterly clear to us who attended the conference that Vlaams Belang is indispensable in any serious counterjihad movement. Anyone who is serious about fighting Jihad will be on the side of Vlaams Belang. The pivotal struggle will take place in Europe, so this is where the core of the alliance will have to be made. I'd put Vlaams Belang at the very center of this. Those who prefer standing on the side, echoing propaganda lies from the heart of EUrabia, rather than allying themselves with Vlaams Belang, they are making themselves dispensable however. It's their privilege of course.

I know that most people who are echoing propaganda lies from the heart of EUrabia are good and decent people who do not know better. But it's disheartening to see Charles of LGF in this group, and about such an important issue. I hope Charles changes his mind about this.

I know Charles is supporting counterjihadism in America, but unfortunately he effectively works against it in Europe (as shown here). America is a tree with its roots in Europe. America share its destiny with Europe. With Europe gone, America is doomed too. So anyone being serious about counterjihadism must support counterjihadism in Europe, i.e. this all-European anti-Jihad alliance that is now emerging. It's in Europe that the time is five to twelve. That's why the pivotal struggle of the whole West is here. Americans of course have the time to sit back and wait, letting the theater of Nazi trolls paralyze them from supporting European efforts. In Europe we do not have this luxury. And it's really not wise for Americans to stay idle about the plight of Europe either. Many a good American have realized this: Gates of Vienna, Center for Vigilant Freedom, Atlas Shrugs, to name a few. Americans even took a leading role in this effort to make Europeans come together. Yes, the theater of Nazi trolls is in play here too, and there are other issues between different European nations, so it made it easier for someone from the outside (Americans) to mediate in this, and creating the critical mass of an all-European effort. Thank you America for the Internet! And thank you America for these good people, the bravest and the best! Read further...

The fear of ghosts, and how to resist it

At the thread following the post, at Gates of Vienna, of the press release of the Counterjihad conference in Brussels an interesting discussion followed.

First Chaya posted this:

You have to make sure, however, that you keep out those groups that are racist right-wing groups that are using this movement to 'piggy-back' on. You have to differentiate yourselves from those who hate Muslims as a group from yourselves who see the Islamization of Europe as a danger to freedom and democracy. It's going to be a tough thing to do as you are already being called 'racists.' So, to have outright racist right-wing groups with you will only give Muslims and radical left groups ammunition.
You have seen me fighting ghost quite a lot recently at the GoV comments section, so of course I had to take on this one. Not because the comment of Chaya was particularly bad, but because this kind of comment is so common. Here's my answer:
- - - - - - - - - -
Chaya,

Since people of European heritage are the least racist on this planet, you would have to search really hard to find someone like that. (I do not know where you're coming from ideologically, so I certainly hope you are not referring to Filip Dewinter or Ted Ekeroth).

Where would they come from, these "racist right-wing groups"? Is it Le Pen you are thinking of? Well, duh! He's on the other side isn't he? With the leftists, multicultis, the bobo liberals and that kind of racists. Le Pen clearly differentiate himself from us by embracing the Muslims and Islam. As he did during the Motoon affair, as he did by standing up for Iran's "right" to build a nuke.

Instead we have exactly the opposite problem among us, that too many still see moderate conservative parties, such as Vlaams Belang, as being racist far-right parties who are "hijacking" the cause. It makes people refuse to cooperate, it makes people refuse to come, it makes people have their fear center (of the reptile brain) triggered so that they stop thinking and start sounding like a PC issuing warnings about the "racists right-wing".

Across the political map of Europe we have an excellent selection of parties and organizations in each country to cooperate with, that should all cooperate. But many of them are still missing and not doing it yet, precisely because they are paralyzed by this fear of those other "racist", "far-right" groups. Groups who are exactly like themselves. This is the tragic phenomenon of fear of your own brother. Look back to your school years and you remember the kind of phenomenon. Where the one bullied kid would despise the other one, harassed in the same way by the school yard bullies.

So the problem is exactly the opposite of the one you describe. So I ask you to please not contribute to this counterproductive fear the next time. I can see that you are a sensible guy, so I'm sure next time around you will help us warning about against the fear of seeing your brother as a far-right racist, instead.

We were compared with Jared Taylor recently (or more specifically Fjordman was), in a thread here. Nothing could be more wrong, which is so clearly shown by this conference. Jared Taylor is flirting with anti-Semitism (to say the least). Then you'll get David Duke coming. We are instead the staunchest opponents and revealers of anti-Semitism, because unlike others we oppose all sorts of anti-Semitism from all kind of sources: from the right, from the left, from the Muslism. No one else does that. They say they are anti-Semites, but they will only see certain anti-Semitism, and put blind eye to others because of their ideological blinkers. We are among the very few who take anti-Semitism fully seriously. So the anti-Semites are not the least interested in coming in the first place. And this shows all so clearly how perversely absurd that comparison with Jared Taylor was. These type of comparisons reflect perfectly how screwed up the minds of the Westerners generally are.

So no, Chaya, we do not need to fear that the David Dukes would piggy-back us. Instead we have the opposite problem, of the many parties/groups around Europe who fear to cooperate with each other, due to taking warnings, such as the one issued by you here, overly seriously. We are speaking of people who are overly decent; they even take the leftist/liberal propaganda (the sneers of the bullies) too seriously. And therefore they see their neighbour/brother/friend as a racist far-right ghost. Merely for just standing up for his rights, just as they are doing themselves.

The only group/party that I could think of that would potentially be interested in working with us, but where we would not be interested is the BNP. But, mind you, this situation appears exactly because BNP under Nick Griffin is decisively moving away from anti-Semitism. The old BNP would not have had any interest in us in the first place; but even the BNP is changing. Who else wouldn't we want to cooperate with? Jörg Haider of course; quite as David Duke fond of paying friendly visits to Middle Eastern dictator thugs (in Haider's case Saddam Hussein). But Jörg Haider is a nobody today, so this is not even an issue.

So who is it really that you want to warn us about Chaya? You will have to be specific! Are you thinking of fringe National Socialist mini-parties? If that was what you are referring to, then I must say that you have an exquisite talent for stating the blatantly obvious. Furthermore, they wouldn't want to rub with philo-Semites like us, and they wouldn't want to touch Arieh Eldad anymore than a Muslim would touch a dog.

So congratulations counterjihadists! The fear expressed by Chaya here is a non-issue. Instead we are facing the very opposite problem. This is good news, because this is an easier problem to deal with. We just need to leave our fear of ghosts.
While I was writing this Dymphna had already answered to Chaya, and me and Dymphna are on the same page here. I especially like her expression "perfection is the enemy of good enough".
chaya--

There will be some less-than-ideal people piggy-backing on this movement to save the various European states and cultures.

So what? Perfection is the enemy of good enough. If we have to wait until everything is "pure" then Europe will fall.

The multi-cultis will call us racist xenophobes anyway. I'm no longer concerned with their labels, nor do I have to prove to those accusers that I'm not what they say. How do you disprove a negative anyway? Just stand there saying "no, I'm not, no, I'm not, no, I'm not"?

I have relegated that defense to the school yard, where it belongs.
In truth, "racism" is hard-wired into the primate brain -- actually it's even lower than that. At any rate, people prefer their own and well they should. That's how the human race has survived.

Notice the PC crowd is most unaccepting of those who don't meet *their* criteria. They call names and spew vitriol with impunity.

To hell with trying to please the eternally, exquisitely offended. Let them stew in their own juices.

Basta! They don't own the game; we just let them take over because we couldn't believe their vile agenda. And now we are past the time to take it back.

Will it be ugly? Sure. As Queen Margrethe said, "we've been lazy." That lack of action has consequences and we're ready to deal with them...

If a few sleazeballs hang onto our coattails, it will be easier to deal with them than it will the despots we face now.
The answer by Dymphna inspired me to go on, and here for the first time presenting my circle model of the left and right in politics, which is part of the motivation for why I refer to myself as a kafircon.
Cheers Dymphna,

I didn't see your answer until I had posted mine. And there's no surprise that we react in the same kind of way. I subscribe to everything you wrote. What I think I added, in my answer, is that apart from this attitude of simply ignoring the ostracism by the school yard bullies, and start seeing the other bullied ones as our friends and brothers, that the very fear of the wrong groups joining our ranks is actually a non-issue. So it's not only right to leave this fear of ghosts, it's safe to do it. Nothing bad will happen.

The only party I could see as a potential issue here is the BNP. But this is also exactly because they are moving into the right direction. As I wrote in my last comment, people of European heritage are the least racist among the people of this planet. So for a party such as BNP to being able to grow, they will have to leave the caricature image a nationalism (shared by the leftists/liberals), i.e. the nazoid idea of nationalism that has been prevailing since WWII (Hitler's secret revenge against us).

We have seen in Sweden how Sverigedemokraterna broke up into two parties, with the anti-Semites going to Nationaldemokraterna, and the remaining party now being the most philo-Semitic party in all of Sweden. I predict the same development for BNP, and that day we could cooperate with the good part after a break-up. But, nevertheless, in Britain we already have UKIP to cooperate with.

The anti-Semitic parties with the nazoid idea of nationalism (a world view they fully share with the leftists/liberals) are not interested in coming to us, they are more interested in going to Mad Jad's Holocaust deniers conference.

The reason for why such opposites can for a period of time co-exists in the same party, as they once did in the Sweden Democrats, and are still doing in BNP, is because the true model of left/right in politics is actually circular. No, not the old circular line cliché, a full circle with the left at the center and the right is the whole periphery, the circumference, of the circle. But in our terminology the whole thing gets projected into a linear scale, i.e. the whole circumference of the circle, the right, being collapsed into a single point. No wonder than that we find blatant opposites there. Opposites that are far more different from each other than from the central, and normative, left point.

But during the last decade these opposites have sorted themselves out and divided across Europe, with a few exceptions such as the BNP. Which leaves us with a much easier landscape to operate in than ten years ago.

I meant for a long time to write a post about this circle model of the left/right. An important insight here is that the linear model is only interested in measuring the distance of a position from the normative left point. It's a leftist paradigm, there no symmetry between left and right in the model of thinking that we are so deeply indoctrinated with. The left position is always right, and the right position is always wrong. And this is the simple reason why the left always wins in the long run, and the right always backs off. This is also the background for my concept "the all-encompassing Left". The self-described right-wing completely share this world view with the left, and this is why they can never win. To be right-wing simply means having adapted the world view of the all-encompassing Left. It means being without the intellectual means to seriously oppose the left, and only left with the ability to temporarily resist the permanent radicalism of the current paradigm.

So leave the right-wing, it's the dhimmi position of the circle model; and right-wing never ever meant anything else. Come join the kafir-wing instead!
I will have to write more about the circle model of left/right and connect all the dots between this and phenomenon of the all-encompassing Left, and why the right-wing always loses.

Back to the future with Gates of Vienna

I once again take the opportunity to plug for my new website Recent comments at Gates of Vienna:

This is an automatically updated list of all the most recent comments at Gates of Vienna. Very useful if you, as I do, spend a lot of time at the GoV comments section. And now in an improved version, with better layout, and all links working properly. Check it out!

This is also the best way to follow my writings when I'm not writing here. Because then I'd be spending my time commenting at GoV. Here a selection of my October comments at GoV so far:
  • Here about the theater of the situation and the skill of someone like Lars Vilks in changing the script.
  • Here about why its objectionable to use the term "Islamofascism" (2 comments).
  • Here about how Che Guevara put "roqueros" (rock fans) in concentration camps.
  • Then I have written a whole line of comments in two threads about the destructive and hypocritical anti-white racism of the all-encompassing Left (which extends all the way into the right-wing), as well as about their hypnotic blindness and denial about their fundamentally racialist view. First in this thread: The Death of Johannesburg (4 comments). Then Fjordman posted an article, that fitted very nicely into this discussion: The Age of White Masochism. In this thread I have written 14 comments. Don't miss reading this article and the ensuing thread!

Another finesse with my govcomments site--apart from making it easy to find comments in recent threads directly, without all that tedious polling--is that comments in old threads, that would otherwise never have been read, come up to the surface at this site. There came one right now, commenting on a GoV article posted in September 2005, comment by Theseus.

- - - - - - - - - -
To make it even more interesting the article is dated September 11, 2067, and describes a future scenario: Russia and the Caliphate Sign Non-Aggression Pact.

I'm quoting from the article:
The last several weeks of negotiations were taken up with the status of Orthodox Christian communities remaining within the Umma and the Dhimmi Zone. The Caliphate has agreed that Orthodox Christians who accept their dhimmi status, pay the jizya, and do not overtly express their faith will be left unmolested in the territories controlled by the Umma. In return, Russia agreed to allow the Caliph’s troops to occupy all of Greece.

Roman Catholics and Protestants, however, are not offered the same protection. Observers expect the mujahideen to begin razing cathedrals and rounding up infidels in the newly-occupied territories, just as they have done in the French and Belgian sultanates. No non-Muslim journalists are permitted in these areas, but escaping refugees arriving in Israel have reported massive and brutal atrocities inflicted on non-Orthodox Christians by marauding bands of Islamic irregulars.

Russia and the Umma, however, are unwilling to let such events cloud their historic occasion. “Islam has made treaties with non-believers since the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him),” said Caliph bin Laden to reporters at the joint press conference. “We will accord this momentous agreement the same respect we have granted all the earlier ones, Allah willing.”
The scenario is realistic in the sense that Protestants and Catholics, representing the weak branches of Christianity, are the realistic ones to be conquered by Islam, while Orthodox Christianity is the sane and healthy part, and they also have the Russians who have no qualms in acting responsibly and defend their nation and their people.

So what about the comment by Theseus? Well, it was not worth reading after all. The moronic and tedious "It's the Jews" junk.
